lupin ltd — Pf transfer issue

I have applied pf transfer from Lupin pf account to my current company alembic pharma pf account before 1 year.and after that in track claim status is showing accept field officer. And pf is transferred in status of claim showing" 0 ", but in current company pf account, in " transfer in section" pf ammount is not showing then i have try mail to pf trust Lupin mail is failed. I can't understand what I do. Please help
