Illegal practices followed by Lushlife builder for OVO Project
1. Possession delayed by months.
2. Registered agreement is not as per Maharashtra Ownership Flat Act. All clauses are in favor of builder.
3. Sold Parking spaces under the name of developmental charges. (Compulsory 2 parking for 3 BHK)
4. Various amenities mentioned in the agreement for which construction has not yet commenced. In addition amenities land area is cut short.
5. No Environmental Clearance Certificate for the project.
6. Sold common terrace to top floor buyers of building as penthouse which is illegal as per government norms.
7. Handing over possession to few flat buyers without having Completion Certificate.
8. Water, electricity meter, pipe gas connection, TV/phone connection parking like basic requirements are not available for flat owners who got the possession.
9. Some building plan are still not approved by the government bodies.
10. Builder don't have money to complete the project. Hence getting loan from bank.
11. Other projects from same builder are stuck since last 4 years.
12. False promises on these issues by every member of the organization.
13. Nothing they will give in writing. Only if they want to trap you then only paper work will be carried out.
