Luxekart — Cheating Indian consumers via ecommerce platform

Hi, I have ordered a Louis Vuitton men's belt on June 17th, 2014 and received on July 11th. I paid Rs.8, 999 cash on delivery. I did my query before ordering, Luxekart told me it's "100% original and genuine product" they convinced me to it by saying that the reason they're selling these products for such a low price because these are products from older stocks which are not in brand outlets anymore. However I received a fake belt of Louis Vuitton. And when I asked them to refund my money their "sales manager" a person called Ravi over the phone told me to return the product and they will send me the right product but they shipped the same product after waiting over weeks. After that I was told by them that they will refund me the money so I mailed them my acc details but after 2 more weeks they said that they wont refund the money unless I get a written letter from Louis Vuitton outlet that it's a fake product which I received. I even tried telling them that there are no Louis Vuitton outlets in my city but that didn't change anything. On the first day of receiving the product they told me to whatsapp them the pictures of the product I've received but it wasn't of any help they were behaving very unprofessionally and later stopped replying to my messages. I honestly never expected ecommerce site in India would run a scam process like this and get away with it. They are simply selling fake products at expensive rates with a no refund policy and next to NO customer support.
