I purchased one watch from their website but then i got to know that they sell duplicate products. I requested them to cancel my order. But they charged me 1000 rs as cancellation charges for shipping. But while purchasing it was clearly mentioned on their website that there is free cancellation or shipping on this product. Now they are not refunding my money. I really need help on this. Also their behavior towards me is so rude. My order id is 18239. Was this information helpful? |
