I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Luxury Escapes regarding my recent resort booking in Langkawi. My experience has been deeply disappointing due to the concealment of critical information and unfair practices that have caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
When booking the resort through Luxury Escapes, the promotional materials and descriptions led me to believe that the package included certain facilities and services, such as All Inclusive Package for all the travelers. However, upon arrival, I discovered that several of these were either unavailable or subject to hidden restrictions and additional charges. None of these limitations were communicated during the booking process, which I consider a clear case of misrepresentation. Even the booking confirmation email sent to me on 7th September doesn’t clearly specify this.
Additionally, the booking process failed to disclose clearly on the children’s not covered un all inclusive package, making it impossible for me to make an informed decision. This lack of transparency not only breached my trust but also resulted in an experience that fell far below the premium standard Luxury Escapes claims to uphold.
Such practices are unfair to customers who rely on accurate information when selecting a luxury getaway. I expected honesty and professionalism from a company of your reputation, and this incident has caused significant dissatisfaction. Was this information helpful? |
