Dear Madam/Sir,
On 23 Jul 22, I had ordered a ceiling fan (Urbancart Epicasa LED Light Ceiling Fan) for Rs 4, 999/- (Rs four thousand nine hundred and ninety nine only) from Luxxydeal.com.
With trust, I went ahead and ordered the fan online. I received a proper order receipt from Luxxydeal.com. A copy of email is attached for reference.
The item was supposed to be delivered within 7 to 30 days from the date of order. I started enquiring about my item from Luxxydeal.com ([protected]@luxxydeal.com) and [protected]@gmail.com. But e-mail to [protected]@luxxydeal.com failed to deliver and there has been no response from Luxxydeal.com. A copy of email is attached for reference.
However, till date there has been no response from Luxxydeal.com, my item has also not been delivered and there has been no reply from Luxxydeal.com.
In view of the above it is requested that facility provided by Luxxydeal.com be looked into and my money Rs 4999/- be revert back into my account.
