I recently placed an order for two dresses from LVW Fashions, and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Both dresses that were delivered were completely different from what was advertised, and the quality of the fabric was shockingly cheap and substandard, nothing close to what was shown on their Instagram page and website.
To make matters worse, their customer service has been absolutely nonexistent. Despite reaching out multiple times through various phone numbers, I received no proper response or resolution. When I requested either a refund or an exchange for the correct items, instead of addressing my concern professionally, they blocked me on both Instagram and WhatsApp, leaving me with no way to communicate with them.
This is completely unacceptable behavior from a business.
They use attractive photos and vibrant colors on their social media and website to lure customers into purchasing their products, but what actually gets delivered is a far cry from what is advertised. This is not just misleading, but it is a blatant misrepresentation of their products.
The dresses were not cheap purchases either. I spent a significant amount of money expecting quality items, only to be deceived and then ignored. No customer should ever be treated this way. A brand that blocks its own customers from raising legitimate complaints clearly does not value integrity, trust, or customer satisfaction.
