Lybrate.com — wrong appointment of doctor consultation

I sought to consult the best psychiatrist at bengaluru through lybrate.com & found dr. Naveen jayaram (Mbbs md), booked appointment on 19th dec 2017 & i got an email confirmation from saying "your appointment at carewell clinic for dec 25, 05:30 pm is confirmed." with the following details — "carewell clinic-www.lybrate.com/naveenjayaram37-Varthur main road, ramagondanahalli, landmark : behind ammi's biriyani & opposite to sigma tech park, bangalore

Based on the above said email confirmation, i have booked the train tickets of myself, my cousin & my mother (Patient) from my native chittapur to bengaluru today in tatkal

And now i have called at the above mobile number +91.[protected] to confirm once again & spoke to miss payal but she said that the concerned doctor is unavailable for consultation & gave another number to speak with i. E., [protected], i have called to this mobile & spoke with dr naveen jayaram, he said not available at lybrate.com & gave another website-www.practo.com for booking the appointment, now i have cancelled the train tickets worth rs 1215/- since it is a tatkal booking the refundable amount for cancellation is zero

Please answer:

1) if the doctor is not active at lybrate.com, then why such bookings are open for the patients,
2) if the doctor is not free on 25th dec 2017, why the email is sent to us confirming the appointment
3) who is responsible to pay for the loss on travel fare incurred by us on false appointments confirmed
