My AC is just 5 years old 3 star and from this season it stops cooling after 10 minutes of start and shows P3 error message.
1st complaint - 4th March-25- Service Request ID is [protected].
3rd is [protected] dtd.24.03.25- no one visited yet.
I have given online complaint and Technician visited thrice, but still unable to resolve, its been more than 25 days.
- First they said, PC board need replacement, I paid for it and they replaced but still same problem,
- Again they said, need cleaning and gas filling, they have done jet cleaning but still same problem,
- Now they want to deal with me, saying we will fill the gas, if problem remains, then we need to replace the compressor, and you have to pay for both.
This shows that they are using trail and error method not sure about the problem.
- When the AC is showing error message, why the technicians are not able to resolve the problem easily?
- I am surprised, how can it be possible, very branded company, but no good service.
