Subject: Complaint Against M. N. Enterprises (Brand: FRANKSHIRT) for Fraudulent Online Trade Practices

I am 75 years old. Please do justice to a senior citizen.

I would like to bring to your attention a serious grievance regarding unethical business practices by an online seller, M. N. Enterprises, operating under the brand name FRANKSHIRT.

On June 27, 2025, I placed an online order (Order ID: 12989661 / Order No: F 152363) for a pack of two premium cotton shirts (Sky Blue and Dark Grey, Size XL) for ₹1299, based on the attractive advertisements and claims of high-quality fabric on their website.

To my dismay, the consignment I received was completely different from what I ordered:

Ø Shirts in entirely different colours than specified in the order.

Ø Fabric of inferior quality, which contradicts the "premium cotton" standard promised.

The simultaneous deviation in both colour and quality suggests that this is not an accidental dispatch error, but rather a deliberate attempt to mislead the customer. Furthermore, I have not received any response or acknowledgment despite multiple emails and messages sent to the company, indicating a complete disregard for consumer rights.

Such practices are not only unfair but also fraudulent and can cause widespread harm to unsuspecting customers. I am concerned that many others may have been similarly misled by this seller.

I therefore request the Ministry to:

1. Investigate the business practices of M. N. Enterprises / FRANKSHIRT.

2. Direct the company to issue a refund or send the correct items as per my order.

3. Initiate appropriate penal action under the Consumer Protection Act and relevant e-commerce regulations.

4. Ensure that such platforms are held accountable for deceptive marketing and non-compliance with consumer grievance redressal mechanisms.

Your prompt intervention in this matter will help protect the interests of countless honest consumers and uphold fair trade practices in the rapidly growing e-commerce sector.
