I was travelled from kovilpatti to chennai.. they didnt called i called them and they said the bus was 1 hour late i waited in my boarding point but later i contacted driver after 10 calls he picked and said we crossed your location. And later i took another bus and went and i intimated both red bus and bus opreator but very poor response from both still they didnt refunded!
