we have booked a urgent consignment through First Flight Courier Limited, Kadamtala, Howrah to Jaipur (Pin - 302006) on 21st January 2015 vide Consignment No. E991B0663190, which was confirmed by Booking Office that consignment will be positively delivered on 27.01.15. We tracked the consignment on Company's Website(www.firstflight.net) and we saw that the above mentioned consignment reached Jaipur hub on 24th January 2015. on the 27.01.15 the recipient phoned us that the consignment was not received by him after that we contacted the Jaipur First Flight courier office[protected], City Branch, Mr. Ranjit), they told us that consignment is laying at their branch but no response regarding delivery of the consignment, which cause is unknown to us and till date (29.01.15) the consignment was not delivered.
In this context please note that due to non delivery of the above mentioned consignment our material (Value Rs.98000/-) was rejected by Railway Authority.
In view of above you are requested to take necessary action against First Flight Courier Ltd. and we can get the claim charge Rs.10000/- for withdrawal of rejection cost for non delivery of consignment. Was this information helpful? |
