[Resolved] M.s.enterprises — Poor and horrible service. No proper response

I have given my Aqua guard classic model for regular service (to change candles) to M.S. Enterprises in Secunderabad in May 2013. They have changes the candles for Rs.1500 and immediately after 5 minutes of changing, the Aqua guard stopped working and a little fire along with smoke came out from the unit. They have carried it to their office and told us that the circuit board was blasted and not working. They replaced it with a new circuit board for Rs.2500. Soon after 3 months in August 2013, the unit stopped working. The service person came and said a small part near the UV lamp was not working. He replaced it again for Rs.500. Again after 3 months, in November 2013, the unit stopped working. I have already called the people many times but there is no response.

M.s.enterprises — not signal properly

I am mukesh kumar and my Tata No is [protected]. I have been using this service for last 3 years. I have started facing the problem of bad or no signals at my office place from the last one and a half year. I have been constantly complaining about this IDEA Customer Care.

I would suggest not to go for M.S.enterprises, Secunderabad for any problems with respect to water purification systems. Such a poor and horrible service. The engineer there Mr.Gowri Shankar always talk about, to change the circuit board for no reason. Please double check yourself if you want to visit M.S.Enterprises and Mr. Gowri Shankar.
