I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the inconvenience caused due to an unscheduled delay in the departure of the Latur-bound bus from Shrivardhan on 11th September 2025.
I had booked a ticket from Shrivardhan to Vanaj for the 5:00 AM Latur bus. I reached the Shrivardhan bus stand on time, but the bus arrived at 5:15 AM. We were then informed that due to the cancellation of the 6:00 AM Beed bus, our bus would now depart at 6:00 AM instead, accommodating passengers from the cancelled service.
This last-minute change caused a significant delay in my arrival at work in Pune, which is unacceptable. I rely on the punctuality of MSRTC services for my commute, and such unannounced changes disrupt professional commitments.
I request a refund of the ticket amount ₹142/- as compensation for the inconvenience caused.
