My brother was sending my domestic items from narasannapeta to hyderabad (mehdipatnam) despatched on 16th May 2016 items reached at navata transport mehdipatnam pillar no 48 on Saturday evening on 21st May 16 I have received a msg same day evening with a mob number than I will call the number next day. They will saying today Sunday office is closed. Next day Monday I was called the office I will come and collect my items from your office. They also saying we sending the items at your door at 1000hrs but items recd at evening 1500hrs. The following charges are charged :- as per bill dispatching office rs 1215/-, but rs 1265/- charged and 250/- extra charges for tpt charges. I am not understand. Totally not satisfied.
