Good Afternoon
I am writing to file a complaint regarding opening up an account at you ICICI bank in India. The level of customer service is very poor. I have been trying to login to my account for last four days but to no vial . I have my customer ID and my phone number, and I try to login, and it keeps blocking me. It has done this for our days running
I wounder if I manage to get into my account whether I can trust your bank as I am having this problem before hand . I can't even ring your India customer service I get this fax tone and cuts me off and also text message says line is busy and to try again
You HAVE A REPTRSENTIVE here in London who came to our home and opened the account but after service is poor
This has caused me lot of incontinence and frustration
I would appreciate if you could investigate and provide me with prompt resolution

Your IT guy is going to ring me tomorrow at 7:00pm your time to help me through logging in to the account. Your IT is not user friendly unfortunately
