Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and distress regarding my experience with M3M Solitude, Sector 89, where I booked a unit (M478 FF) in February 2022 with a token amount of ₹5, 00, 000. Despite numerous follow-ups, the builder has failed to issue the allotment letter, which is a critical document for further proceedings.
Recently, the builder contacted me via WhatsApp, pressuring me to pay 30% of the Total Consideration Value (TCV) without providing the necessary demand letter. As a salaried individual, I am unable to make payments without these formalities.
Shockingly, instead of addressing my concerns and issuing the allotment letter, the builder sent me a unit cancellation letter without my consent. This is unacceptable and has caused me significant distress.
I am willing to pay the remaining amount as per the initial 10:90 agreement, but the builder is not providing the necessary documents. I request your immediate intervention to resolve this matter and ensure that the builder:
1. Issues the allotment letter
2. Provides the demand letter for payment
