Paid 51 lakhs towards the Smartworld Orchid apartment in Sector 61, Gurgaon, 9 months ago. No receipt or agreement was provided. It was was promised "after 3-4 days." Not provided by them. After numerous emails - No positive response. Last emails went un replied even after 3 months of sending. Phone calls are never picked up or go to their Sales team who have no clue. Personal visits are useless as all the officers are "Busy" and nobody has time to meet you.
It is obvious that the intentions of the builder is in doubt and they may go just like the other defaulters like Unitech, Sahara, JayPee etc.
This is further strengthened by the fact that they are launching new projects and collecting additional money in hundreds and thousands of crores under false pretext and fooling the people. Want refund. Can anyone help? Was this information helpful? |
