I had booked a flat in M3m capital project in Gurgaon on 29th Jan2023. I gave a token amount of Rs. 2 lac via online Bank transfer to M3M Capital account . I was assured by Mr. Surajit Chakraborty from Chahat homes who are channel partners - Phone number [protected], [protected] and his boss Mr. Umesh Sharma [protected] that I can get the refund back immediately if I decide not to continue with the booking. I decided not to continue with the booking after discussing with my family and called Mr. Surajit for the refund. He asked me to send mails to Mr. Annurag gupta from M3m. I have sent multiple messages, multiple mails and even visited the M3M capital site office but I have not received any reply to my mails.
I would request consumer court to please help me in getting my hard earned money back.
