I submitted my Samsung Galaxy S8 with Samsung authorized service center, Maa Communicaiton located in Kotla Mubarakpur on 8th July. They assured me that my handset will be delivered to my home on a week's time with an extra charge of Rs. 99. The phone never showed up in one week. Neither did the service center call me to inform me about the delay. It was only when I called them they told (a girl) that my phone is ready and will be delivered in next two days. The phone never showed up again. Neither did the center call me to inform me that there is a delay. I again called them only to realize that the girl gave me a false information about my phone being ready to be delivered in next two days. When I asked the reason they told me that the part is delayed from the company and will take some time (this time also it a girl who sounded quite similar to the one I spoke the last time but she she told me that she did not know whom did I speak to and that she had resumed work that day itself). Next I received a call from the Samsung engineer that my phone will be ready but it cannot be delivered because now the delivery service is stopped. I told the man to deliver my phone to me as it was committed. I received a call again after a day's time i.e. on the 29th and this time they asked me for the time I will be available at home so that my phone can be delivered to me. I told them that I wont be home after 1 so they committed to deliver the phone today by 10 a.m. (30th July). No one delivered by phone until 2 P.M. when I called them again and they told me that the phone will be delivered today (30th) but in the evening. After a little argument they started telling me that the payment was not made that is why the phone was not delivered in the morning and started giving reference of the Whats App chat. I clearly wrote in the chat that i will make the online payment once my handset is delivered to me and before that I will not make the payment. They read my messages and still did not tell me that if the payment will not be made, the phone will not be delivered. I was kept under the impression that the phone will be delivered. After sometime they started making other excuses of OLA service being bad and that they are booking the ride and OLA keeps cancelling it and this is the problem they are facing. In the end they asked me to pick up my phone when at the start of the call, they clearly said that they will deliver it by the evening. In all this I am feeling mentally harassed and disturbed. This Samsung service center is not at all professional. People there are not professional. The owner, Ajay Raina, should have looked into this problem as it become really serious for a customer but they do not care out the customer service at all. Was this information helpful? |
