Delay in delivery of my order and they not think it's necessary to inform me as I have already done my payment.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the delay in the delivery of my order placed on 14th November 2024. As per your website, the expected delivery date was 21st November 2024. However, the order has not been delivered, and I have not received any communication regarding the delay.

Order not place but the amount is deducted

I purchased the product on 23 nov 2021 product name fancy designer women tops tunics cost 364. I pay it through Google pay but the amount got deducted but the product is not yet confirmed. Please help to get back my money or place my order...
