A product (salwar Suit set) was purchased from this website on 17th of August 2026. a return request was made, and the product was picked up by their delivery partner. However, I have not received the refund of the same. There is not a single person available on call and the company only has a Whatsapp chat with contact no. Whatsapp (ONLY): +91 [protected].

I have attached the screenshot of the progress of the return on their website and it clearly states that it is awaiting inspection. However, the company is claiming that the return was cancelled, whereas on their own very website, it mentions that the return is in progress.

These is sheer case of fraudulency and I request you to please take strict legal action against them and kindly have my refund plus the mental harassment to be duly compensated.
