Mac2Cap — unauthorised agreement of terms

Helo sir,
I am niranjan kumar. I got a call from this company saying that they have received my rwsume from shine.com as i have posted there for job vacancies. This company, mac2cap offered me part time job saying that i'll have to complete 10000 captcha's in 10 days. A salary of ₹22, 000 will be given for that, and if i fail to achieve the target ₹5000 will be deducted as a fine. But the agreement letter what they sent was completely different saying that i'll have no salary will be given on failure of meeting the target and also i will have to pay the company a penalty of 5000. This is cheating. The legal agreement has not been shared.
Please take action against this asap
