Macaroon — The product was missing in the order

I have placed an order of 4 items 2 items of BOJ glow serum propils, 1 moisturizer and essence. While i have opened the the box the one glow serum was missing. I have received only one serum instead of two. I have mailed to them but no response. I want the missing product to be delivered to me i was requesting them but no response. Kindly please respond to email or instagram chat
