Maccaron_beauty — Product not delivered for more than 7 months and not solving the problem by customer care

I have ordered from maccaron on 30th July 2023 and today it’s 6 of December and I did not receive the product and if I email the customer care they would not solve the problem and they are not willing to refund and also they have removed the my order request from the app. Kindly help
