Macgrow Technologies — return delivered product due to product is not working.

As i have ordered a mobile alive+ s707 sky order no -1358 on dated 17.06.19 and its delivered on dated 23.06.2019 but product is not as shown product and also its not working. So i want to return this. Kindly send me the refund process to return that handset.
