Respected Sir/Madam,
I am submitting this complaint against Mackman Menswear regarding my order (Order Number:
M#4857). Below is the detailed timeline of the issue:
1. I placed the order on 12 May 2025 from Mackman Menswear website.
2. Received a confirmation call on 13 May 2025 from mobile number +91-[protected].
3. The order was delivered on 16 May 2025.
4. Payment of Rs. 1999.00 was collected by the delivery boy via his personal UPI, screenshot is
available as proof.
5. Upon opening the package, I found that the color was different, the size was smaller than ordered, and the quality was very poor.
6. I attempted to initiate a return within the 7-day window as mentioned, but:
- The contact number provided was incorrect.
- Another number was unreachable.
- Email sent to the company bounced back.
- I have sent messages via Instagram for 2 days, but have received no reply.
This clearly indicates a case of negligence and possible fraudulent behavior. I request the
Consumer Forum to take strict action and help initiate my refund of Rs. 1999.00. Supporting
documents including delivery label and UPI payment screenshot are available.
