This is to inform you that, i have taken the esi leave from date: 23 10 2017 to date 11 11 2017. My esi ip no. [protected] and i am working in macurex sensors pvt. Ltd, hassan.
As per the esi director, mysore i have submitted all the relevant documents at hassan local esi office. To get the esi leave payment i have done repeated follow up at hassan local office. Still i have not received the esi leave payment during that period.
I am requesting you to have a look on my documents and do the needful to get the esi leave payment.
