Madhav Boutique — took money but never delivered product nor refunded the money

I ordered 2 dresses with her. She Came with different stories for not delivering the dresses. Followed up for almost everyday for 45 days and even after that she wasn’t ready to refund the money. Threatened to lodge a complaint but to my surprise she was stubborn not to refund. The address given was not genuine as I asked one of my family members to go in person. They spent 2 hours and finally reached her down. Bit of drama before we got the refund.
She will post the pics from different pages and price she mentioned will be cheap comparatively so will fall for this scam. We’ll immediately make the payment but You wouldn’t realise unless she comes with reasons to not to deliver.

i generally dont write reviews but this time i want to write about madhav boutique its been one and half month i still waiting for my dresses i ordered 3 dresses and paid for the shiping too they asked me to ship to US it costs more i still said ok i will pay for that after paying no receipt payment proof nor updates about my dresses after keep on asking they told the address is wrong and started asking for my payment proof (funny people ) they wrote my address wrong and showing other person address .i told my brother to call them and the person who took the call he said he will be back with the updates but no updates its been 4 days ...iam requesting Madhav bouttique to return my amount or else i will file a cheating case on you its not about me its for all the customers who have been cheated by your boutique as every ones are hard earn money .

These guys r cheaters need to place online fraud case against them at the cyber crime
I placed order with a lady called johnsy she says the boutique is madhav boutique and has been dispatched on 25th July until now I ve not received the product, I ve paid her 2800/- and she tells its stuck at the courier past 1 month .

It is a fraud company, looting money from people thru online payments. We paid 2500 for mom and daughter dress set. Initially claimed 10 days for delivery. But even after 2 week they did not come back. Not responding to our messages and not picking calls also. Later whatsapp messages were responded with irrelevant reasons for not delivering, like "parcel struck at courier", "material not received", etc, etc.

Madhav Boutique took 1520₹ in advance on 12 Feb 2021 and did not delivered the dress. Even they are not replying to my msgs, nor attending my calls.
