this is sameena begum from tolichowki ...i m having a complaint towards your agency that we are not receving a gas refill even after booking a gas refill ...we have booked the gas refill on 31st of october and today it is 16th november but still no gas delivery yet ...it is getting up to 15 days but no gas delievery yet ...why is it so ?...our consumer number is 92983.

i had been gone twice time gas agency but not responding,
i have been twice time booking online & go to gas agency then reply, after two days gas cylinder deliver. but not delivery .
