NO GAS SUPPLY, MY consumer no. cx22797002, they are not lifting phone, no gas supply trying since last ten days.

Dear sir/madam,
My consumer number is CX22797002, Raheem Pasha, your delivery boy not attempted once and i got the message of door closed and cancellation followed,
I try to call him many times but is not lifting the phone and also tried your office number no response.
Again, i booked now five-day s passed till now i didn't get the supplies.
can you please look into the matter urgently, as two of my cylinders are empty. Hope you will improve your service levels.
if not please transfer me to some other location as i had very bad experience earlier also with your agency.
looking forward for your response.
