I am writing to register a strong complaint regarding the shipment mentioned above. The parcel was booked on 14-May-2026 from Shahdol to Rai, Sonipat (Haryana). As per your own tracking system, the parcel reached Delhi on 17-May-2026 but has still not been delivered to Rai(Sonipat) as of today, 19-May-2026.
File a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH - 1915).
