I ordered a saree from Madhuri Collection costs 3250 for gifting my sister in law on her birthday. They sent a defective product. Hence we had to buy something else from local store to gift my SIL.

We shared the picture and parcel opening video with Madhuri collection and asked to pickup the product and refund my money. They shared their address and we couriered their saree at our own expense i.e Rs308/- (they were not ready to bear that expense).

once they received the return, they stopped responding. After continuous chase they said they will only exchange blouse and not saree.

I was amazed because after so much of argument where I clearly mentioned that the event has already been spoiled because of defective product. And now that saree is of no use to me, they shared the address. And now after receiving the product, they have stopped responding to our calls, messages.

They have taken our 3250/- + 308/-(courier charge)and also the saree with them.

Strict action should be taken against such online frauds. I want my money.
