I am using HDFC Fastag from last 2 years.
Unfortunately when I tried to recharge last week, it indicate Wallet Freezed.
We I contacted customer care, they informed KYC is required, However in last two years no one approached through mail, call or SMS informing about the same.
Now they are asking to provide HDFC Bank user ID details to unfreeze.
