Madhya Pradesh Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Limited — electricity bill exceeded showing usage of 625 unit in a month

I paid my all june - july bill via Paytm of around 100/- per month due to subsidy. But now they sent me electricity bill of more that 6000/- saying one month pending bill of 625/- unit. And Also in previous to that month it is showing zero unit consumption. So what they are doing . They are money each month and providing 4 month bill in a single month due to which all my subsidy got elapsed and i need to pay huge amount. Whenever i file a complain they said we can't do anything because it is system generated and we can't change it now.

I want to ask if everything is happening by system then what they are doing ?

I want to check my last 6 month bill. Balance it accordingly. There is no chance o[censored]sing 625 unit in a month as no one living in that house. only few days in a month I use it. There is no AC, Fridge due to which that much consumption is possible.
