Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University Jabalpur — Not declaring my SWASTHVRITTA PAPER 2 result

My name is sayyed hamza ahmed studying in lt dr pt shivshaktilal Sharma ayurvedic medical College ratlam had given all the papers of bams 3 year but when result was declared on 4 August I was shown absent in SWASTHVRITTA PAPER 2 by Madhya Pradesh medical science University jabalpur I have submitted the proof of attendance to University offline as well as through email by college email was sent regarding result but University is not giving response I am trying daily since past 2 months and facing mental issues and not able to focus on my studies properly due to this issue please solve my problem early as possible
