Madras University Distance Education Fee Payment — Made payment but it showed internal technical error

I made 3rd year tuition fee payment to Madras University and amount of rs 6140 got deducted from my account but it showed internal server error and even after waiting for 24 hourse receipt for payment has not been generated.
I'm from a poor family and i cannot afford to pay the fees once again. I'm tensed with the issue.. kindly help me by resolving the issue
