I have booked non-ac sleeper bus from madurai radha travels via redbus.com from madurai to chennai. the tickect was booked on 31st october and my travel was on 1st november 9.30 pm. i was denied sleeper service and i was asked to travel in semi-sleeper. i was travelling with my kids and old aged mother. they were asking me extra money (400 rs) to travel on another ac bus. the support staff were rash in their behavior when i was asking about this change. please take this compliant as they did not provide promised service and did not inform in advance about the change in service. my pnr number mrt[protected] and ticket number tjbv23633238.
