I had a very disappointing experience with Madvibes.
I purchased a ticket (Order #173981) for the Hilltop Festival After Party – Nano Night scheduled for 15 February 2026. The total amount paid was ₹402.
The event was ultimately cancelled. I had already requested a refund in advance due to uncertainty around the venue. The company responded stating that the refund would be processed on the event date. However, despite the event being cancelled and despite multiple follow-ups, the refund has still not been processed.
What is more concerning is the lack of accountability. Even after sharing the correct order number, invoice, and ticket details (all of which were already available in the same email thread), the company continued to delay the process by asking for information that had already been provided.
This kind of behavior reflects poorly on their customer service and raises serious concerns about how refunds are handled.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious while booking through this platform as they don't follow their own refund policies. Was this information helpful? |
