Magarapatta Security — Torcher for not having magarpatta city ID

I am tenent an I have agreement but guard torcher me just because I dont have magarappta city ID card. They increase there voice and said they wont allow me if I wont buy magarappta id card
There are no such a rules in other societies
They stop me even at night and talk very rudely
Please take serious action against those security guards and rules as everyone is facing same issue
