Had verbally, telephonically and by email on complaint site of MTD&M Co Ltd repeatedly complained on the undernoted issues without any response in any manner:-
1.) There has been no light in the first floor landing of F Building B Wing Daffodils for more than a month now. The area is in comparative darkness and people especially the elderly find it difficult to use the stair case. Further with people renting out their flats on a daily basis, with improper lighting, the strangers around pose a security risk to the inhabitants.
2.) The Companyhad made a hue and cry regarding the need to conserve water and stop wastage. Flats were inspected for leaking taps. However for several months now there has been a leaking water source all day and no body seems interested in fixing the same despite numerous complaints. Conservation of water and prevention of wastage ought to be a habit and not to be implemented only in times of scarcity. Who is responsible for this criminal wastage of water??
3.)The roof of the balcony over flat no F -108 Daffodils on the third floor had a damp patch since inception .However the same has started expanding showering plaster below and also leaking after the recent rains and due to oxidation appeared in another place also which shall eventually be a threat to the structure. The leaking water has caused the grill gate to flat no F--108 to rust.
I trust that a note will be taken of this email and some semblance of corporate responsibility shown by the Comany. I hope that I don't have to escalate the matter, considering the good job done in the past.
