Dear Sir,

I had ordered yearly subscription of Lonely planet at a drive by Benett coleman & co. ltd at Tata consultancy services in Mumbai in May 2011. I was to start receiving the magazines in August 2011 but only after repeated complaints I started receiving my copies in December 2011. Now the yearly subscription should end at November 2011 but the coleman people stopped the subscription in July 2011 itself. I am yet to receive my four pending copies of August, September, October and November. I have been following and posting complaints against Benett coleman & co. ltd in multiple websites of consumer complaints but to no avail. Hope they listen through this platform and issue me my four pending subscrition copies.

With this mentality and bad consumer service only bad word will spread for Bennett coleman & co. ltd . Hope they realise and solve such petty issues at the earliest.
