Return and Refund of order number :[protected]

I ordered a magic crate box in the month of June but due to COVID 19 situation, initially they were taking too much time to deliver it. Then, I decided to cancel it. So, I constantly mailed the customer support for cancellation and refunding the money.

First of all, they were very late in responding even through emails. I called them again. That time i was given a phone number to contact for any assistance, Priyadarshini Vr (PH no.[protected] for further assistance. But the person never picked up the call nor delivered the product nor refunded the money.

I am in a dilemma. Please take action against these online subscription companies who are nothing but frauds.
