Placed order [protected] by paying 450 rs via gpay to 'RAMAVTAR MEENA' on 6th September. Now they are asking me to pay 1499 towards GST to get my order in hand. They are not ready to deliver the order until I pay extra rs 1499. They are not ready to refund my 450 either.
