I am complaining against the company and the company's manager. I am working from home and My manager always forced me to work more than 12 hours when I declined to do so they said to leave the company right now, he always harassment me mentally and forced me to give resign. When I resigned from the company and serving my notice period but they have let out from the company immediately in the middle of the notice period how they can do that and they do not give me time to search for another job, how do I full fill my family responsibility? In a pandemic situation where the government is giving compensation and job to an unemployed and poor man, here private company is making illegal ruled on employees and let out of from job an immediate basis. Please take strict action against the company and shut it down legally.
