Sir, magicart.In online shopping portal are fraud people and cheat customers. I have done purchase of 9000 (Mobile phone lenova K3 Noteblack) from the magicart.In site i:e an combo offer. Again instead of dispatching my phone forwhich i have paid, they are demanding another 15000 rupees for TDS Charges condition for dispatching the phone.Further i requested them to refund my money but then they denied saying that terms and conditions are resisting them to do so. ... I was promised an gift of 95000/- which i didn't received ..Also i have not got any courier for these products.- combo offer. Dear sir, My complaint is not yet resolved and i did not get any refund as well as product also. They are contacting me again and again demanding for TDS 15500 amount and promising me for benefits with product delivery. I have already lost 9000rupees without any benefits orproduct and now i dont want to loose any money.So please consider my complaint and take necessary action.Now i am planning to complaint this matter to police . still not deleverd parchase and refund, Following contact number +911204660150, +919212407774 and Email id :[email protected], [email protected]
