[Resolved] Magma Fincorp Limited — I'm complaining about that this magma housing finance is not giving me my original property papers since i have cleared the total loan amount | |||||
Dear sir, I'm atul kolekar son of shri jk kolekar living in jabalpur ( madhya pradesh) Sir, i have taken a loan of 2920000 last year 10/03/15 which i have cleared in 30/03/16 . My pnb ( punjab national bank) saving acount no is [protected] from which i have cleared the total loan amount of magma fincorp ltd. The amount that i paid is 2887632 . Loan no is hl/0260/h/13/000040. Sir, this company told me that after paying the full amount of loan then in after 7 days i can collect my original documents from the company. But it is now 8 days gone but i didn't get my original documents from the respected company residential.Even i also contact the local branch and head office which is located in kolkata to get my papers back to me but there was no response or reaction from them.I also contact the toll free no[protected] but they also didn't response me. Sir, i have applied another loan request from national bank because the rate of interest is less than as compare to magma fincorp ltd and this is the main reason to closing my loan from magma fincorp ltd because there rate of interest is very high. Sir, i have arranged the total loan amount from my friends and some by market and i have to pay them in limited time and if i can't return the total money to them then it is a great spoil of my image in front of my society. Sir, i heartly request you to help me to get my original documents back from the company. Sir please help me please. Don't forget to mention in your email that "when PMO is getting constant complaints against Magma everyday from new consumer then instead of resolving issues of every consumer's complaint against Magma PMO should look for permanent solution by taking stricter action."
Believe there are so many people complaining PMO.. you should join hands..
