Dear sir/madam
I have already paid all my car loan installment and dues dated 31/03/2014 but till date magma finance limited company not given noc letter.
Yesterday when i'm visited thane office address - magma fincorp ltd 1st floor goldan plaza, opp. Navneet motors, gokul nagar thane west office and meet mr. Prashant at reception.
They have check there system and told me your loan was already settled, but we don't give you noc letter because system don't has back date for more than 3 months, if you want then pay duplicate noc letter charges rs.550/- and want noc from police station for missing noc.
I told that i have not received noc letter from your office, please provide me the date and receiver signature they have no answer.
Why should customer pay if mistake is not mine.
I have only received loan closer statement at that time.
This company was cheating us, please look into the matter and provide me the justice on priority. (Noc letter required)
