Three month ago I was applying a home loan from Magma housing finance co durgapur branch through your branch executive Mr Sujan Paul, but some legal problem from your end it has been delayed for the disbursements. At the time on dated 17/09/16 I has been submitted the my home loan cancellation application to your durgapur branch credit manager Mr Surajit Paul due to my loan requirment reason not fullfil. But without my confirmation it has been automatically disburse and on dated 04/10/16 I got the telecall from your durgapur branch regarding the loan EMI which will be deduct on dated 07/10/2016.
Team request to you kindly look in to the matter on an priority basis and confirm for my loan cancellation and taken legal action to all magma durgapur br employee those are involved in this type of fraudulent activities.
Details are given below which has been received via sms from your magma company:
1)Dear Applicant, Refer to Proposal No. HL/0013/H/15/100008, we confirm in-principle sanction of of Rs 1490000 for 20 years. T as applicable. - MAGMA
2)Your EMI of Rs. 16551 for Oct, 16 of loan HL/0013/H/15/100008 will be presented on 07/10/2016. Please maintain sufficient balance in your bank account. - MAGMA
