Dear Sir / Madam,

Sub: Non receipt of our Refund amount - Request for Immediate attention to release of the said amount. Regarding
Ref: Booking Reference No.D9JH8G & Refund Amount : Rs. 17, 177/-

This is with reference to the above cited subject, we would like to bring to your notice that, we have not yet received our said refund amount of Rs. 17, 177/- against our Booking Reference / PNR D9JH8G which the air tickets were booked through MakeMyTrip but it was cancelled by the GoAirlines on May 3, 2023. Inspite of our follow ups till as-on-as date (i.e., Nov 5, 2024), its been 20 + months and we have not yet received the refund amount to our CC account.
In view of the above, we request your good officers / concerned teams / to look into the above and arrange us the refund amount at the earliest. Thank you,
